Indonesian culinary diversity is not jocking. how not, each region has its own special food, one of which is Peda, Salted Fish Fermented from sea fish which is much favored by the people of Indonesia.

What is Peda

Peda, is a traditional food that uses fish as its basic ingredients. Maybe there are still many people who do not know that this delicious fish that usually we eat with chili paste is one of the fermentation products. Peda fish fermentation can use various types of sea fish, the most commonly used fish are Mackerel (Rastrelinger sp), Sardine (Sardinella sp), and Jack Tuna (Caranx sp).
